About us
Company history
STATUS stavební a.s. was founded in 1992 through the privatisation of the OSP enterprise in Pelhřimov. In 1995 it became a majority-owned subsidiary of METROSTAV a.s., Prague, for which it carried out a large share of its contracts until 2000. In 2000 the majority shareholding held by METROSTAV a.s. was sold to several private individuals. In 2004 the company merged with JAS s r.o. Since then the company has been building its own profile and position on the Czech construction market.
